Among other things, your ad is free, your campsite is easier to find in the digital jungle and your target group expands exponentially. So you can make new campers aware of your offer for free. In addition, you can customise your ad and take advantage of our upgrade options.

How much does it cost to register my campsite?

How can I change the details of my campsite?

If you would like to adapt your ad, please contact us by sending an email to info@campstar.com.

How many languages is campstar available in?

Currently campstar is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Croatian and Swedish. Our goal is to offer our services in all languages that are represented by the campstar community.

What should I do if I can no longer find my campsite?

If your campsite no longer appears in the results list, contact us at info@campstar.com.

How do I receive customer inquiries about campstar?

Your campsite is displayed on campstar. If a camper is interested in your offer, he/she will contact you via the booking form.

What should I do if my campsite is fully booked?

If your campsite is fully booked, please let us know and we will hide your ad for a short period of time.

How can I remove my pitch from campstar?
