Please note that cheaper offer has to be booked under the identical conditions to which you have booked on campstar.com. This includes the destination, travel dates, travel duration, extras, fees and taxes, and cancellation policy. Offers in a different currency, to which you booked on campstar.com, are not eligible for the price match offer. The cheaper offer has to be a permanent offer and can not be part of a promotional offer, deal or conditional discount, such as senior or student discounts. The refund issued by campstar.com can only be issued via the same payment method used to complete the booking and cannot be redeemed in cash, gift vouchers or any other form of reimbursement. The refund cannot be combined with another offer on campstar.com. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of campstar.com and cannot be issued if they are in direct violation of the terms and conditions of the motorhome supplier, camping site or campstar.com.
