The mileage included in your rental price is specified during the booking process and varies depending on the rental company and destination. In some regions, like North America, base prices often exclude mileage, but you can purchase mileage packages additionally. Any excess mileage will incur a supplementary per-mile charge.Can I bring my pet?
Whether you can bring your pet during your trip depends on the rental company. Pet policies may vary based on the rental location and the vehicle type selected. Bringing a pet usually incurs an additional fee. For instant bookings, vehicle availability is guaranteed while on request bookings are subject to availability. All on request bookings are confirmed or cancelled within 2 business days after the request is sent.What do I need when picking up the rented campervan?
To pick up your rented campervan, you will usually need your booking confirmation, personal documents (driving licence, ID card, and/or passport), and a credit card to cover any required security deposit. This information is also included in our booking confirmation.What do I need when dropping off the rented campervan?
When returning the rented campervan you need to follow the rental company's indications - for example, emptying the black water tank and cleaning the interior of the vehicle is usually necessary. This information is at any rate specified in the terms and conditions of the rental company, in the rental agreement signed on site, and agreed with the rental centre.
